Party Time at Oxwagon Lodge
Birthday parties, End Of Year parties, school reunion parties, family reunions, “social teambuilding” … It is always Party Time at Oxwagon Lodge!
There are 2 main reasons why Oxwagon Lodge is a great party venue. Firstly, if you want your friends to remember the occasion, they will remember it at Oxwagon Lodge because the setting is so totally different to other venues. Secondly, if you want your friends to celebrate with you, then the party vibe ensures a good time for everyone. When we host large parties in the evening (that is usually over 25 guests, up to 120+ guests) then we like to reserve the venue just for you and your friends. All we ask is that you book a minimum of 12 adults to sleepover in the Oxwagons. But we can sleep up to 37 people in total.
Oxwagon Lodge provides the venue, the catering, the beverages, and the accommodation.
Why not start with a Sundowner or Welcoming drink, from the Terraces above the Amphitheatre? It’s a good place to begin, and the views of Hartbeespoort Dam and the valley below, are excellent.

- Catering: Many options ranging from Trekker Braai, Spit-braai, Buffet, Potjiekos and Picnics
- Facilities: Lapa, bar, campfire, dance floor, indoor and outdoor options, restaurant, pool, amphitheatre, gardens
- Accommodation: Sleeping space for up to 37 people. The main accommodation is the Oxwagons, which can sleep up to 26 people. The alternative accommodation is the Upper Bus, a converted double-decker Bus with bunk beds for 7 people, plus the Lower Bus, which is a room with 2 single beds, plus The Annex, which is another room with Double Bed.
